Rena Mukasa is a Director and Partner at TLB Consulting, with over 20 years of leadership experience in finance management, donor compliance, and business advisory services across the public, private, and development sectors. At USAID Uganda, she managed a $1.5 billion portfolio, building project management offices and teams to deliver large, multi-year programs on time and budget.
Rose brings over 20 years of robust experience in financial management, reporting, and controls within the banking and consulting sectors. Her career features transformative roles, including as the inaugural Chief Finance Officer of BRAC Uganda Bank Limited, where she excelled in designing and implementing comprehensive internal control frameworks and accounting policies that align with IFRS and local regulations.
Margaret is a results-driven professional with nearly thirty years’ financial and management accounting experience, gained both in Uganda and the United Kingdom (UK). From monitoring large UK Government budgets, to laying the foundations for the financial operations of Galaxy International School Uganda, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Particularly, Margaret exhibits a track record of meeting company goals and promoting best practice.
